Theoretical Bases and Separation Principles of Capillary Electromigration Methods
Abstract
Theoretical bases of electromigration, electrophoretic mobility, and electroosmotic flow are presented, as well as mathematical modelling and computer simulation of electromigration methods. The principles of capillary-electromigration separation techniques, zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, electrophoresis in sieving media, bioaffinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography, and electrochromatography are described.Downloads
